This class is reserved for full bodied entries running on a 10.900 quarter mile standard
and a 7.000 eighth mile standard.
Pro Start five tenths tree. Qualifying order will be based on the best package. The
package will be calculated based on total performance of being closest to a perfect light
without going red and closest to set index without going quicker during qualifying. Qualifying position determines lane choice throughout the race. All Run field. Sportsman ladder will be in effect. Bye runs will be based on the ladder.
Canceled races will not be made up at anytime. Track officials have the right to cancel the race due to weather or curfew. Payouts will be determined by the purse for that day being divided by the number of cars left in the race after the previous round. As soon as the winnings are paid out the race is over.
Refunds: All vehicles are considered race ready upon entering New England
Dragway. If a vehicle breaks once it has crossed the top of staging, no refunds
will be issued. This provision includes all race days and is not limited to structured
eliminators or points days. No refunds are authorized for any individual
who is removed from New England Dragway, Inc., property for a rules infraction.

Substitute Entries: If a vehicle breaks during qualifying, including after its second
time trial or qualifying run, but before the first round of eliminations, a substitute
vehicle may be entered into the race. The vehicle must meet all class
and safety regulations, as well as pass a tech inspection. A separate entry fee
must be paid for the vehicle. If the vehicle breaks after the second round of
time trials or qualifying another time trial or qualifying pass will not be granted.
Substitutions may be made only during qualifying. No substitutions are allowed
after the first or subsequent rounds of competition. The substitute vehicle will
have "SUB" written on the front window. Drivers entering a substitute entry will
race for purse only and will not gain points except as follows. If the vehicle
breaks after the tech card is turned in, but before a time trial or qualifying run is
made, a substitute entry may be utilized without purchasing another tech card
or paying an additional entry fee and the driver may accumulate points.
No driver may operate two vehicles in the same eliminator. Two drivers may not
operate one vehicle in the same eliminator. Two drivers may operate one vehicle
in separate eliminators.
No driver may utilize a substitute vehicle until he or she has proven to track officials
that they are thoroughly familiar with the vehicle.

Neck Collar Required for all racers
Tow vehicles prohibited.
Deep staging is prohibited, and both cars must pre-stage before final staging.
Timed ignition interruption devices (stutter boxes) prohibited. Throttle stops are
permitted.
Any vehicle running faster than 135 mph must meet the minimum safety and protective
clothing requirements for Super Rod entries.
DESIGNATION: HR followed by car number.
Perfect Package (.000-10.900) Bonus is $50.00 per race. This will go into a pool and stay there until the perfect package has been met. If no one hits the package the money ($650 - assuming there are no rainouts) will be split between points positions 1-5.
Tech Cards & Entry MUST be turned in prior to the first time trial or your runs will not count towards qualifying.
How points are earned
Points members receive 10 points for staging first round and 10 points for each round win thereafter.
On a bye, you must stage under power and register a reaction time.

Semi-final losers will receive one (1) extra point.
Runners-up will receive two (2) extra points.
Winner will receive three (3) extra points.
In the event an eliminator is rained out, points will be awarded according to the
results of the last completed round.
